Manifesto Workshop!

An experiential training session focused on writing a manifesto for inclusive language: a practical guide for use within your organisation.

GenerACTION: Conflict and Collaboration in Generational Diversity

This training module explores the distinctive characteristics of the four generations currently present in the workplace. The ability to acknowledge different perspectives and experiences will guide participants towards the development of strategies for effective collaboration.

What’s Your Privilege?

In a world shaped by discrimination, in which equal opportunities are not guaranteed for everyone, rights can become privileges.

The “wheel of power” – a tool that encourages us to reflect on our multiple identities – will allow us to explore our own privilege, and see how we can use that privilege to drive change.

During the webinar, we will examine the key dimensions of intersectionality, challenge ourselves to observe from the margins, and explore how to build meaningful alliances between people.

What About Men? Gender Equality from a Male Perspective

When discussing gender issues, both in the workplace and outside it, it often feels like the focus is always on women. But what about men? There is a lot to be said about men and their role in achieving gender equality.

Three sessions, led jointly by Fondazione Libellula and Osservatorio Maschile, to explore gender, language and stereotypes also from a male perspective. To move forward, together.

Talking About Men

What do we really know about how men experience gender dynamics? What do they think, what questions do they have, and what changes would they like to see from their perspective?

We have created a discussion group to do the kind of work we don’t usually engage in: talking about men, in order to understand them better, moving beyond stereotypes, and to find ways we can evolve together.

Power walk

An experiential workshop that seeks to initiate reflection on the complexity and uniqueness of our experiences.

By stepping into the shoes of people with identities that are different from our own, participants will explore and experience the concepts of privilege, marginalisation and discrimination, laying the groundwork for building pathways of allyship.
