The aim of this eBook was to provide all organisations with access to actual experiences already implemented by the companies that took part in the third edition of the Libellula Inspiring Company Award. These experiences are presented clearly and designed to be replicated in order to promote processes of cultural and organisational change.

The L.U.I. Survey collected the voices of over 2,000 men in Italy, in order to explore their perspectives. The results reveal a contradictory picture: limited awareness of privileges, yet also signs of change.

How do adolescents perceive the various forms of gender-based violence? What experiences have they had and what have they witnessed? The answers come from our research, which involved nearly 1,600 young people of both sexes.

Fondazione Libellula has chosen to highlight this research in order to raise awareness of the systemic inequalities affecting women and to promote cultural change and fairer support policies.

Sexual advances, lewd gestures, insults, and even actual physical harassment. According to the latest ISTAT report released in July 2024, nearly two million people have experienced harassment in the workplace at least once in their lifetime, and 81.6% of those people are women. This detailed snapshot is useful for developing effective prevention and response strategies.
