Emergency Departments and hospital wards are often the first point of contact for victims of violence; therefore, it is essential to train professionals capable of initiating support and protection pathways.
The project operates through:
Multidisciplinary training for doctors, healthcare staff, and social workers;
Development of legal, relational, and diagnostic skills;
Creation of a model for recognizing and managing victims;
Activation of the local support network (Anti-Violence Centers, counseling centers, law enforcement);
Raising awareness on gender-based violence in healthcare settings and online.
