RinaSHEta

The RinaSHEta project supports women who are victims of or at risk of violence and in vulnerable situations, guiding them towards economic independence and workforce reintegration. The project takes the form of personalised empowerment programmes, financial education, individual counselling, and internships in collaboration with companies.

Through a personalised pathway of empowerment, training, and job placement, the RinaSHEta project aims to strengthen the personal and professional skills of its beneficiaries, supporting them in building an independent future through: Personal and professional empowerment programmes;

  • Personal and professional empowerment programs;
  • Financial education to prevent economic violence;
  • Skills assessment and CV preparation;
  • Individual counseling and ongoing support from tutors and mentors;
  • Activation of extracurricular internships and/or employment contracts;
  • Collaboration with Anti-Violence Centers and companies in the Libellula network;
  • Raising awareness among businesses on the issue of gender-based violence.
