There are men with good intentions who want to help combat sexism in the workplace. There are many ways this can be done, but misunderstandings are common, generating uncertainty or a fear of continuing to receive criticism.

This is why we seek to openly explore the many ways in which men can play their part in this effort, through a dedicated discussion group open to people of all genders.

This training aims to define the concepts of identity and diversity, in order to understand how belonging to different categories influences how we perceive ourselves and others.

This webinar provides an introduction to nonviolent communication and the consent-based approach as a practice for managing fair and respectful relationships, starting from the workplace.

Nonviolent communication is conducive to listening in depth, respect and empathy, and encourages us to be more open with each other.
