A structured programme covering inclusive language, bias and stereotypes, microaggressions and inclusive leadership, aimed at training and raising awareness among frontline managers on gender equality issues.

What do we really know about how men experience gender dynamics? What do they think, what questions do they have, and what changes would they like to see from their perspective?

We have created a discussion group to do the kind of work we don’t usually engage in: talking about men, in order to understand them better, moving beyond stereotypes, and to find ways we can evolve together.

Introductory training focused on exploring issues regarding gender equity certification.
Designed for the entire company workforce, with the possibility of customisation for HR teams and management.

This training module explores the distinctive characteristics of the four generations currently present in the workplace. The ability to acknowledge different perspectives and experiences will guide participants towards the development of strategies for effective collaboration.

There are men with good intentions who want to help combat sexism in the workplace. There are many ways this can be done, but misunderstandings are common, generating uncertainty or a fear of continuing to receive criticism.

This is why we seek to openly explore the many ways in which men can play their part in this effort, through a dedicated discussion group open to people of all genders.

The aim of this training is to understand how the language and words we use or encounter in everyday life can take the form of violence against women and how we may sometimes perpetrate it unintentionally.
