GenerACTION: Conflict and Collaboration in Generational Diversity

This training offers a reflection on the unconscious biases that can emerge in evaluation and recruitment processes.
It focuses on providing tools and establishing best practices for interviews, highlighting the importance of using respectful and gender-aware language in the workplace.

A three-session journey designed to foster a new dialogue between genders: one discussion group for women only, one for men only, and a combined session, led jointly by Fondazione Libellula and Osservatorio Maschile, during which the two perspectives are brought together, sparking unexpected conversations based on the insights that emerged in the two separate groups.

This training offers a broad and respectful overview of the LGBTQIA+ community, exploring the concept of gender identity and analysing the most widespread stereotypes.

The programme concludes with a focus on best practices for becoming aware, active allies.

The aim of this training is to understand how the language and words we use or encounter in everyday life can take the form of violence against women and how we may sometimes perpetrate it unintentionally.

This webinar provides an introduction to nonviolent communication and the consent-based approach as a practice for managing fair and respectful relationships, starting from the workplace.

Nonviolent communication is conducive to listening in depth, respect and empathy, and encourages us to be more open with each other.
