First Steps in Gender Culture

There are men with good intentions who want to help combat sexism in the workplace. There are many ways this can be done, but misunderstandings are common, generating uncertainty or a fear of continuing to receive criticism.

This is why we seek to openly explore the many ways in which men can play their part in this effort, through a dedicated discussion group open to people of all genders.

An experiential training session aimed at recognising and deconstructing stereotypes through group work and plenary feedback sessions.

When discussing gender issues, both in the workplace and outside it, it often feels like the focus is always on women. But what about men? There is a lot to be said about men and their role in achieving gender equality.

An experiential workshop that seeks to initiate reflection on the complexity and uniqueness of our experiences.

By stepping into the shoes of people with identities that are different from our own, participants will explore and experience the concepts of privilege, marginalisation and discrimination, laying the groundwork for building pathways of allyship.

This webinar aims to establish a theoretical framework and a shared language around the key concepts of intersectionality, an approach that allows us to analyse and address the multiple and simultaneous experiences of discrimination that intersect in people’s lives, starting from the workplace.
