Sportello LEI is a help desk that provides support to women who experience discrimination or violence in the workplace, helping them recognise the signs, understand their rights and regain self-esteem.
Through listening, specialised counselling and training on communication and conflict management, the Help Desk promotes empowerment and autonomy.
The Sportello LEI project aims to support women experiencing discrimination or violence in the workplace, helping them recognise, confront and handle these situations while regaining their dignity, decision-making power and autonomy.
The programme provides a listening ear, specialised counselling, and practical tools for tackling harassment, mobbing and abuse, through:
Empathetic, and confidential reception and listening;
Customised, multidisciplinary support pathways;
Legal, psychological, and career guidance consultations;
Training on communication, conflict management, and contractual rights;
Development of self-esteem, assertiveness, and awareness;
Guidance regarding services and the local support network.
The Help Desk is active nationwide and is open to all working women seeking support, guidance and advice, with confidentiality and anonymity guaranteed.
