The La Vanda e le Altre – For a New Personal and Professional Identity – Project promotes the social and economic empowerment of women who are victims of violence, through listening, guidance, training and job placement.
Building on activities of listening, guidance and skills development, the project supports participants by providing concrete pathways of training, internships and job placement, including internships in welcoming companies and the creation of employment opportunities in lavender growing.

The project is aimed at adult women who are supported by anti-violence centres or hosted in shelters, as well as women from a migration background or with disabilities.
It aims to provide real opportunities for social and professional reintegration in safe and sustainable environments.
