MATCH – nuove rotte per giovani a Milano

The MATCH – nuove rotte per giovani a Milano project aims to promote the empowerment and workforce integration of NEETs, a term used to identify young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training.

The programme focuses particularly on young women, providing guidance and support for obtaining internships, employment contracts and scholarships, in collaboration with companies in the Libellula Network.

In addition, company staff are trained to welcome young people, and awareness of NEET issues is heightened among businesses, highlighting the human capital of the new generations.
